Peanut butter and chocolate smoothie

ONE/Serves

1 frozen banana
2 dates
8 ice cubes
1 cup coconut milk 
1/4 cup cocnut yoghurt
1/8 cup drk chocolate drops, melted
1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands peanut butter protein
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

1. Mix melted chocolate (while hot) and extra coconut milk together until smooth. Adding the coconut oil if using. This makes the chocolate become solid in the smoothie so you get delicious chocolate chunks.

2. Add banana, dates, ice  cubes, coconut milk & yoghurt, pea protein powder & peanut butter if using into a blender and blitz until smooth.

3. Pour into glass leaving an inch at the top.

4. Pour chocolate mixture on top and swirl around a little to mix.
