Peanut butter and chocolate parfait

1/2 avocado
1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands peanut butter protein
2 tablespoon nut milk
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup 


2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 can coconut cream - scoop the hardened cream only
1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands peanut butter protein 
1 tablespoon maple syrup

TOPPINGS:Vanilla coconut yogurt, sliced banana, any other toppings of your choice


1. Prep your second layer by combining all ingredients, mixing well and let rest for 15 minutes.

2. Prep your first layer by combining all ingredients in a high speed blender, blend until combined.

3. Layer your chocolate mousse (1st layer), then your chia pudding (2nd layer) and top with sliced banana, coconut yogurt and toppings of your choice.
