1/4 frozen avocado
1 cup chopped and frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
Handful of kale
2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands vanilla and coconut protien
1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz for one minute or until smooth. Taste to check if it’s sweet enough for your liking, add more pineapple if you like your smoothie to be sweeter.
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Option: this also makes a great smoothie bowl, just use less liquid to get it to the consistency you desire. Top with a sprinkle of seeds such as pumpkin and sunflower, and any other fruit you desire. Devour with a spoon!
